Here you will find a sample calculation for a purchase charter yacht investment with a guarantee model. The calculation is based on a financing instalment of 3.99%. You make a down payment of €120,726.67. Over the course of the contract term, we can guarantee you a payout of €133,910.59 from the charter weeks. In this example, the leasing payment amounts to €125,334.33. Added to this is the refit package of €5,000 to ensure that the value is maintained. A final instalment of €84,508.67 is also due. The owner's weeks result in a possible saving of €50,608.80. In total, the payments to be made by you over the term of the purchase charter contract amount to € 151,050.28. However, if you look at the value of the yacht at the end of the 6 years, this is significantly higher. The value of the yacht after 6 years is € 196,180.83.
